By accessing or using ShineMitra, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Accounts & access

Tenants (car wash businesses) are responsible for their workspace, staff accounts, and the accuracy of customer data they manage. Customers must use credentials issued or authorized by their car wash provider.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with multi-tenant isolation, or use ShineMitra for unlawful purposes.

Subscriptions & billing

SaaS subscription fees, usage limits, and payment terms are defined in your commercial agreement or plan selection. Tenant-facing customer invoices and wash subscriptions are controlled by each tenant.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShineMitra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
